He is Co-Founder and Partner of ERA Kapital which works as an advisory and non-incorporated Search Fund and operates through the Accelerator ERA KI in the fashion industry.  He’s Lecturer/Instructor on the course “Deal Making Process and Structuring Private Equity and Venture Capital Deals” in post-doctoral MBA Programme for post PhD Researchers and Inventors. Riccardo is also a mentor of (i) small and medium-sized company and (ii) early-stage companies and in different entrepreneurial organization, R&D Institutes and Universities, accelerators and seed programs. 

He’s business advisor and also member of panels in venture capital competitions (from 2007 - ongoing) in different accelerators and entrepreneurial programs within and outside Europe, currently coaching in accelerating programmes. In fashion, among other things, he developed the brand Frankie Morello through organic growth and a global multi-products licensing out strategy – turning it from a start-up company in 1998 to a recognised global brand in 2013 (when he exited, Riccardo Aimerito was member of the Board of Director and General Manager of the maison).
